Commission Info

TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS

By commissioning me, Primuspandraya , the commissioner is notified of and agrees to Primuspandraya’s terms and conditions.

Rights

- I have the right to refuse a commission request without explanation- I have the right to cancel commission work at any time. refunds will be provided accordingly.- I reserve all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, produce, copy, and or use the image as a sample for sales or self promotion.- I have the copyright to all my art. I have the right to share the commissions on my platforms.- I have the write to ad a visible watermark anywhere on the commissioned artwork.- I have the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal work.- By commissioning me you are purchasing my artist labor, and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork.

You the commissioner:

- You cannot claim the artwork as your own and proper crediting is required.- If commissioning for a custom piece or adopt, when redrawing, stamp (designed by PrimusPandraya) anywhere on the page so it’s visible.- You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products or resell designs.-(for custom pieces or adopts) You may not trade characters, unless contacting me prior.- You may resize or crop artwork to create graphics, and non-commercial formats, but you may not alter the artwork itself.

Communication:

- Commissions can, and will be dropped due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, a breach of these terms of service or other unlisted reasons.- If at any point, my client has failed to respond to messages for a period of longer than one month the contract may be rendered void and further work will need renegotiation.

Pricing:

- The prices you see may vary due to character or piece complexity and time that is taken on them.- If you’d like the commission to remain private, not published anywhere, an extra will be charged.-I may charge extra, if I’m given only a written character description, (A reference and detailed description is needed)-After I receive payment I will start working on your piece and then make a sketch and have you approve it before finalization.

Payment:

Refunds and canceling:

- All completed commissions will not be refunded- If you cancel a commission I already started working on you will only receive a 50% refund. refunds may vary after that depending on how far along I am, on said piece.- You will receive a full refund if I am unable to complete the commission for any unjustifiable reason.

- Discussion regarding the details of commission / estimation of price.
- Payment
- Sketch/revision/workshop, - depending on the type of commission
- Sketch approval
- Rendering
- Complete
